Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Vallarta, Four Seasons lunch
Upon arrival at Puerto Vallarta airport, an English-speaking Journey Mexico guide will be there to meet and greet you before taking you to your private vehicle. The luxury begins immediately with a visit to the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, where lunch is reserved in the Ketsi restaurant overlooking the dazzling Pacific Ocean.
Once everyone is fully fed, you will be transferred to your villa accommodation, your home for rest of this team building Mexico adventure.
Day 2: Private surf lessons in Punta Mita
Today, the group will set off to the celebrity favorite destination of Punta Mita, a place known for its luxurious accommodations and exclusivity. Once there, meet up with a professional surf instructor and take to the waves for private surf lessons.
All equipment will be provided (as will soft drinks and water) so all you need to worry about is catching the perfect wave and staying on your board.
Day 3: Private massages and relaxation day
After a full day of excitement on day two, today is set aside for relaxation. Explore the grounds of your villa and enjoy a private one-hour massage.
Of course, if you’d like to fill the day with an activity, speak to a Journey Mexico Travel Planner who can suggest the perfect outing for you. The nearby, dreamy surfer town of Sayulita could be a great option. There you’ll find cute cafes, boutique shops, and some fantastic restaurants. It’s the ideal place to wander around and enjoy the beauty of Mexico’s beach towns.
Day 4: Olympic Competition team building exercises
Today, the games begin. Your group will be met at the villa by our expert Olympic Competition Crew who will lead you throughout the day.
Enjoy four to five hours of carefully designed activities including group, individual, and team challenges such as treasure hunts, mountain bike rides, and a couple of surprises.
You will be accompanied by three Journey Mexico judges/team building experts who will help to facilitate the fun and inject a healthy bit of competition into the proceedings.
Day 5: Departure from Puerto Vallarta
Today, the group will be privately transferred to the Puerto Vallarta airport for their onward flights home.
